SAUPE, Rosita; CUTOLO, Luiz Roberto Agea; WENDHAUSEN, Águeda Lenita Pereira  y  BENITO, Gladys Amélia Vélez. Competence of health professionals for interdisciplinary work.Traducido porFiona Oliver Robson Singh,  Cynthia Christine Ebert Philipps. Interdisciplinarity, as one of the key concepts for the consolidation of public policies in the area of health, was focused on the perspective of the professionals who are faced with the challenge of putting it into practice. Understanding interdisciplinarity as a competence resulting from a range of knowledge, skills and attitudes, it was organized in the form of a tree diagram. This diagram was initially submitted for evaluation by a group of twenty-one judges, and subsequently, by a sample of one hundred and forty-five health professionals. The results show a consistency between the researcher's proposal and the evaluation of the participating subjects, since on a scale of zero to ten, the final level of performance was over nine. The space provided for statements by the subjects resulted in the addition of important categories, enriching the study as a whole.

Palabras clave : Interdisciplinarity; Competence-based education; Human Resources in Health.
